Arthur Benson received his undergraduate degree in Business and Economics from South Arkansas University and his graduate degree in banking from Southern Methodist University. After completing a successful twenty-five year career in banking, twice being elected President of banks, Mr. Benson joined Atchley and Associates Inc. as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Benson has also been active in economic development and business expansion, working closely with various municipal, state and federal agencies.

Mrs. Atchley has promoted a number of U.S. products to the Army, Air Force and Marine Corp. She recently made presentations to delegations from Columbia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Venezuela. Mrs. Atchley has extensive experience in trade shows, managing booths internationally including Eurosatory, the largest Military exhibition in the world. Mrs. Atchley over twelve years of experience in graphic arts, creating advertisements and promotional literature for her own companies as well as regional advertisers.
